Why the turmeric you tried probably did nothing

How many capsules should I take, and how long will a pot last?
Two to four capsules a day, preferably with food, ideally split between morning and afternoon/evening. There are 120 capsules per pot — at four a day that's about a month per pot, so the Triple Pack covers roughly three months.
How long before I notice anything?
Honestly: weeks to months, not days. Our customers most often describe a difference at the two- and three-month mark. That is precisely why the guarantee runs a full 90 days — so you can give it a fair run and still change your mind.
I take prescription medication — is it suitable?

Isn't BioPerine® just black pepper?
