We’ve chosen to send out the majority of our orders via Royal Mail (for orders in the UK and Ireland especially, alternative methods may be used for mainland Europe and other international countries).

If you are unhappy with your product simply return the unused portion (in the original product container) of your Autoimmune Institute product order within 90 days of your billing date for a full refund of the product price. Please note we are unable to refund postage costs.
Return and Exchange Procedures:
Custom Duties & Fees
The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Note that customer may be required to pay custom charges before the goods are released by local post. Please head to your local post office to retrieve your item as indicated by the tracking system.
Autoimmune Institute will not refund orders which are seized by customs nor refund the custom charges imposed by your country.
