My suggestion for how to use this product: I suggest gently laying down on the mat with your shirt off. But if you're just starting, it's better to have a thin shirt on to get used to the pressure. Then try to relax and practise slow deep breaths. After 5-10 mins, you'll start to feel the tension leaving your body.

  Caution: Don't make sudden moves or fidget on the mat as you may scratch your skin on the pointy lotus spikes.
3. It may feel comfortable at first, but your body will usually get used to it by 1-2 minutes. Stay on the mat for at least 15-20 minutes for every session to get its full benefit.
4. Use regularly. The mat takes getting used to, but a lot of people have found that it works for them. If you'd like to experience similar benefits, remember to use it consistently and allow it time to work.
