All too often these days it's easy to buy poor quality supplements that do absolutely nothing but cost you money and certainly fail to live up to the marketing hype so many companies seem to generate.
We NEVER want you to feel that way about our products. EVER.
We are a relatively small, family-run business doing our best to bring a touch of quality to the often murky world of health and supplements.
We offer ultra high quality, pure, effective supplements that are backed by science, and are tried and tested. And we'll combine that with world-class customer service.

We want our customers to feel 100% confident about shopping with us, and 100% happy with the products and services we offer. This is why we offer a 90 Day Happiness Guarantee on all of our products*.
If for ANY reason, at any time, you feel a product or service you receive from us is below par, and we can refund you.
(*Except for Advanced Lotus Spike Acupressure Mat due to safety and hygiene reasons.)
If you are unhappy with your product simply return the unused portion (in the original product container) of your Autoimmune Institute product order within 90 days of your billing date for a full refund of the product price. Please note we are unable to refund postage costs.
Return and Exchange Procedures:
- Refunds/Exchanges: Contact our customer support centre 24 hours a day at info@autoimmuneinstitute.com explaining your issue.
- Return the unused portion of your product (to the below address) and the original invoice to ensure proper handling.
- Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays.
- Returns must be received in our offices within 90 days from billing date. All charges (excluding delivery and handling fees) are fully refundable 90 days from the billing date. Exchange requests must be received by our offices within 90 days from the billing date. Returns should be sent to Autoimmune Institute, 23 Morses Ln, Brightlingsea, Colchester CO7 0SQ
- Used/Empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, we will not accept a six-month supply of empty product containers after only one or two months.
- All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to process the refund.
