I have known about the benefits of Turmeric for many years. I tried another brand a very long time ago & stopped for several reasons. 1) I just couldn’t build up to the recommended dose as I couldn’t tolerate it, 2) it was SO expensive (about £50), 3) I didn’t feel that much better. I am a great believer in the Advanced Turmeric along with the Advanced Fish Oil from the Autoimmune Institute.
