How do I use these products?

Simply take 1 capsule of the Advanced Multi at any time, preferably with food. At that dose one bottle will last for 2 months.

With the Advanced Turmeric, simply take 2-4 capsules per day at any time, preferably with food. For greatest benefits we recommend most adults take 4 per day, 2 in the morning, with food, 2 in the evening, with food. At 4 per day, 1 pot will last for a month.

With the Advanced Fish Oil capsules, simply take 2 per day, with or without food, at any time.

With the Advanced Flora take 2 capsules, preferably with food. At that dose one bottle will last for 2 months.

Are there any allergy concerns with these products?

These products are made with natural ingredients. There is no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavours, colours or preservatives. They are also gluten free, dairy free, and non-GMO. However, if you have any concerns, you should consult your doctor prior to taking any supplement. Always check the label before use.

Are these products for me?

These products are made with natural ingredients and are considered safe and extremely effective for nearly everyone. However, we always recommend that if you take prescription medications, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding then you show a bottle of the products to your doctor and/or pharmacist for proper approval prior to using it.

How will these products be delivered to me and how quickly?

We will deliver your order directly to your home or office by Royal Mail. This typically takes 3-5 working days for orders in UK, Ireland, and the rest of Europe, but this can vary. For international orders, delivery may take 6 to 15 working days.
