Most people in Britain are suffering with deficiencies in at least 5 important minerals!
That is one of the outcomes shown from a recent National Diet and Nutrition Survey carried out by Public Health England.
3,238 adults took part in the survey which showed that the average woman is lacking in seven out of eight key minerals (including potassium, magnesium, copper, selenium, iron, Zinc, calcium and Iodine), and men in 5 of 8.
These deficiencies can lead to a huge range of problems including fatigue, weakened immune system, poor skin health, muscular issues (including restless leg and cramping) and much more.
Diet is obviously a crucial factor in getting optimal levels of these key minerals, and in an ideal world that’s all we would need, but solely relying on diet isn’t always possible.
The food we have access to now has changed a huge amount in the last 50-75 years, and the amount of nutrients we extract from foods has dramatically diminished.
For example, in the case of magnesium (which men and women were both shown to be deficient in) it is becoming increasingly difficult to even get this in sufficient amounts from the diet. This is due to a few factors including…
Considering that magnesium is involved in 300 different processes in the body its hugely important that this is addressed.
It plays a part in muscle function, cell health, nervous system, bone health, amongst many other things.
This is why we have released our new supplement, Advanced Magnesium, which has been designed by health experts and nutritionists to help tap into the wonders of magnesium, and reduce overall deficiency in this HUGELY important mineral.

It is, we believe, easily the best magnesium supplement on the market, and won’t have a laxative effect like many of the other types of magnesium available.
