For you...
Being British means I have certain traits…
For example, if I’m walking behind someone who opens a succession of doors for me, I have to think up different ways of thanking them each time…
“Thank you”
“Thanks”
“Ta”
“Cheers mate”
“Nice one”
There’s also the unrivalled panic and confusion I experience when the doorbell goes when I wasn’t expecting it and I have no idea who it could be.
Or the terror that runs through me when in a meeting / seminar type environment and I hear the words “so in a minute we’ll go round the room and ask everyone to introduce themselves”.
And then, of course, walking into a shop, I could probably do with some help from the shop assistant with finding what I’m looking for…
…and so what do I say when they ask if I need any help?
“No thanks”.
It’s like it’s hard wired in me.
“Yes, I need help, but I’m not going to admit it to you Mr / Miss shop assistant!”
I’m going to put it down to the fact I’m British but it may just mean I’m weird.
I know I’m not alone with this though…
It’s not always easy to ask for help.
It’s tempting to just want to figure things out yourself, even if that’s likely to be the harder way to go about it.
How we can help you
That’s why I wanted to remind you that there’s a few ways to get some help from us, health wise, should you feel you need it.
Quiz on our Website
A new one which you may not be aware of is our quiz…
https://autoimmuneinstitute.com/pages/quiz
This contains 7 simple questions that tell us more about you, and we’ll able to give you some more specific product recommendations at the end of it.
Health Needs (section on our website)
Here you can look up your specific area of health interest and discover the products that may be most likely to be suitable for those.

Advanced Health Testing
We can run a stool test which looks deeper inside your body to see if there are any factors that could be affecting your health right now.
That testing comes with a report, and a follow up call with one of our team of experts who will explain the results and give you a recommended protocol based on those results.
Reach out
And finally, of course, you can just reach out and ask us by writing to one of our emails.
We can’t give medical advice, and it comes with a big fat disclaimer that we aren’t doctors and don’t pretend to be, but we are a team of health experts so we’ll do our best to help you as much as we can.
If you want help to be the best healthiest version of you possible, then getting help is so important.
Hopefully the ways we’ve shared will be a great starting point.
