Ultra High Quality Supplements for a Healthy, Happy Life - Made in the UK
Hello, my name is Sarah Brookes.
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and AIP coach and I specialise in helping people live well with autoimmune disease using nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis after years and years of symptoms that I didn’t understand and couldn’t often see in other people. I battled fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, bloating and other digestive issues as well as PMS and a frustrating sensitivity to the cold.
I thought losing my eyebrows, looking pale, bloated and not having the energy to play sport was just part of my ‘lot’ in life
While my symptoms were not life threatening they affected how I looked, how I felt and how I lived. I was young and wanted to live a care-free life like my friends.
My symptoms got worse but it was after a consultation at a student clinic that led to my final diagnosis. Instead of getting down, I was immediately inspired to do something positive with it - overcome my symptoms, reduce my disease markers and then help others to do the same.
Through studying nutrition I began to understand what I could change and made long-term lifestyle adjustments which had a huge impact on my health and my life.
I used the functional medicine model and testing to dig for my root causes and to look at what was burdening my immune system. I changed my diet, exercise, sleep and response to stress. I also made big changes to my lifestyle. I changed my environment - particularly the people I spent time with and used other holistic and complementary therapies to rebalance my mind and body.
These changes had a huge impact on my energy, vitality, mental health and disease markers. My eyebrows grew back, my anxiety, PMS, bloating and digestive issues disappeared and I had the confidence and happiness that I had always wanted. I began to glow again.
Diet, lifestyle and our environment is all our body has and all it needs in order to function at its best. If we can optimise these and give our body what it needs then we can live well and reduce the occurrence of disease. Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.
It was important to me to manage my autoimmune disease not only so I could end my struggle with life and enjoy being the best version of myself but also so I could know how to support others to do the same. I wanted to help others achieve something amazing, get their life back and empower them to look after their own health.
So, If you’d like to live well with autoimmune disease; reduce your symptoms, rebalance your mind and body and get your energy and vitality back, then take the first step and book a free 30 minute consultation with me where we will discuss your symptoms and your goals and start helping you to move forward with your health straight away.

"I've seen many top professionals and none of them took their time to really listen to me like Sarah did. She worked with my budget and give me a personalised plan that actually helped. For the first time in ages I am starting to feel better, thank you! I also really enjoyed my consults and felt really well supported. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone."
—Jane, 46
"Sarah is very knowledgeable and was extremely committed to helping me get better. I've really enjoyed her plans and recipes. She's completely changed the way I eat and live. I'm so glad I took the plunge. All of my symptoms have gone but we are continuing to optimise my gut health. I've learned so much and find it really interesting."
